About Us

Vivikta is an Indian ethnic and fusion wear brand based in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, offering kurta sets, kaftans, sharara sets, co-ord sets, and other ready-to-wear pieces through retail and wholesale channels.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe fabric, fit, colour, and embellishment details for each product. Not all products are handcrafted; craft techniques (e.g. embroidery, mirror work, hand-block print) are called out only where applicable to that specific piece. Due to differences in screen display, photography lighting, and dye lots, actual colours may vary slightly from images shown online. Minor variation in embroidery placement, print alignment, or embellishment is characteristic of the product and is not considered a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted via the methods made available at checkout on https://www.vivikta.co/. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is the price charged.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale enquiries are handled separately from retail orders; wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms are confirmed directly with the customer before dispatch. Wholesale orders are subject to a separate agreement on delivery timelines and terms, communicated at the time of order.

Custom Orders

Vivikta does not currently offer custom or made-to-order/made-to-measure products. All items are sold as listed, in the sizes and colours available at the time of order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@vivikta.co or 9958886399 with your order number.

Intellectual Property

All content on https://www.vivikta.co/ and our Instagram page, including product photography, designs, logos, and written content, is the property of Vivikta and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vivikta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or platforms, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
